Experience
Mr. Pielow is a project manager for special projects involving building code consulting, fire protection engineering, life safety consulting, and issues relating to the Americans with Disabilities Act. Mr. Pielow provides services on a wide range of occupancies including stadiums, arenas, commercial multi-use complexes, convention centers, hospitals, aircraft hangers, and industrial facilities. He provides expert witness services for building code, accessibility, and fire protection issues.
Mr. Pielow's approach allows owners to obtain approval from various authorities having jurisdiction in a cost effective manner. He has obtained approvals from building officials, fire officials, the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Health Care Occupancies, and other governmental agencies.
